Product Manager

Overview

RML is seeking a tech‑product manager to own multiple CPaaS‑related products, driving roadmaps, partnerships and go‑to‑market strategies. The role involves end‑to‑end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities

• Manage product roadmaps and integration partnerships for the RML CPaaS platform.
• Drive product and business planning across engineering and business functions.
• Analyze consumer needs, market trends, ROI and competitor offerings to shape product strategy.
• Assess new product ideas, create go‑to‑market plans and continuously enhance launched products.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post‑launch optimization.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in CPaaS, SaaS, Cloud Communications, Messaging, Conversational AI.
• 3‑5 years of product management experience, including building products from scratch and handling partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Telecommunications; MBA or postgraduate in Product Management/Marketing preferred.
