SiteRecon seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead UX/UI design across web and mobile, working directly with the founder to improve usability and accessibility. The role combines product strategy, user research, high‑fidelity prototyping, and collaboration with engineering and operations.

Responsibilities
- Drive product ideas from conception to execution across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user and market research, create personas, and validate designs with analytics tools
- Produce high‑fidelity prototypes and design assets using Figma and Adobe suite
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to meet KPI targets and ensure pixel‑perfect delivery
- Lead usability testing, UAT, and iterative improvements based on data and feedback
Eligibility
- 5+ years of Product UX design experience
- 2+ years conducting user research (interviews, heatmaps, surveys)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent
