- Identify new product improvement opportunities based on market needs and consumer preferences
- Gather stakeholder requirements, define problem statements, and lead mid‑scale design projects from start to finish
- Enhance user experience by optimizing content, design, and interaction while ensuring design quality and consistency
- Conduct user research, evaluate feedback, and iterate designs accordingly
- Prioritize problem severity, explore solution approaches, and provide strong design recommendations
Eligibility
- Design domain expertise
- 3-6 years of experience in consumer‑focused product companies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or equivalent practical experience
