Job Description
Overview
Product Manager responsible for defining strategy, roadmap and end‑to‑end execution of Smart Food Safe’s B2B SaaS solutions, collaborating with the CEO and cross‑functional teams to launch new products and scale existing ones.

Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify and validate customer problems and market opportunities through research and discovery
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, adoption and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA and other teams to deliver high‑quality releases and manage the backlog
- Track product metrics, gather customer feedback and work with sales/marketing on positioning and go‑to‑market initiatives
Eligibility
- B2B SaaS / technology product management expertise
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in startups or lean product teams, with end‑to‑end ownership of 0‑to‑1 and 1‑to‑N products
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field (IIM/IIT freshers accepted)
