Overview
The Portfolio Manager leads product strategy, roadmap, and market positioning for the Workflow Engine and integration capabilities of Stryker's SmartCare platform, collaborating across engineering, UX, sales, and operations. This remote role prefers candidates near Fort Wayne, IN; Portage, MI; or San Jose, CA.

$102,600 - $222,300 USD Annual

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the strategic vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Workflow Engine and SmartCare integration capabilities
- Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and develop business cases to strengthen competitive position
- Engage directly with customers and industry experts to translate insights into product requirements and roadmap decisions
- Lead cross‑functional product discovery, development, launch, and post‑market optimization across engineering, UX, and operations teams
- Monitor competitive and industry trends, develop performance metrics, and communicate portfolio performance to leadership
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in healthcare IT, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and middleware/integration platforms
- Minimum 6+ years experience in product/portfolio management for enterprise software, digital health, or platform products
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
