UI/UX Designer (End-to-End)

Overview

The UI/UX Designer will own the end‑to‑end design lifecycle for client projects, acting as the primary design liaison from discovery through developer handoff. They will translate client needs into user‑centric flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces while ensuring clear communication and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery calls, design reviews and manage client expectations
• Uncover real problems, document assumptions and constraints during requirement discovery
• Create user stories with acceptance criteria and map user journeys/task flows
• Produce low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes and validate them
• Deliver final UI designs, prepare specs/assets and support developers through implementation

Eligibility

• UI/UX design expertise with end‑to‑end project ownership
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Portfolio demonstrating research, flows, wireframes and final UI
