Senior User Experience Designer

Overview

Senior User Experience Designer at Think Design Collaborative, responsible for creating compelling experiences across responsive web, mobile, and TV while collaborating with clients and cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Communicate UX decisions to clients and stakeholders and collaborate with project teams
• Conduct usability audits, research, and produce deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, IA diagrams, and storyboards
• Work closely with product, engineering, QA, visual designers and UX strategists to ensure on‑time, quality delivery
• Develop and maintain design systems and adhere to platform guidelines and front‑end frameworks
• Continuously upgrade knowledge, document design processes, and coordinate ideas internally

Eligibility

• Experience in Banking, FinTech, Insurance, WealthTech or other BFSI products
• Strong problem‑solving and user‑centric design mindset with expertise in design systems
• Degree in HCI‑related disciplines (UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design) and proficiency in English
