Think Design Collaborative is seeking a seasoned User Experience Design Lead for its Bangalore Studio, responsible for creating engaging and effective experiences for customers. The lead will collaborate with Business and Technology teams to evolve digital products' functionality. The role involves leading projects to on-time and quality delivery, managing profitability, and guiding team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project to on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client
• Be the part-time project manager and team leader
• Raise and negotiate issues and risks with senior management of the client
• Manage profitability of the project
• Guide team members well and facilitate their learning in the organization

Eligibility

• Thorough understanding of User Experience Design
• Ability to understand complex business goals, product, and technical content
• Strong analytical and oral communication skills
