Overview
The Senior UX Designer will create user‑centric digital experiences through research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an Agile, remote‑first environment.

5+ yrs
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and translate client insights into design solutions and value propositions.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed design specifications using Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Suite.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and work within Scrum/Agile processes to deliver high‑quality digital products.
Eligibility
- 5+ years experience as a Senior UX Designer
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite and strong user research & prototyping skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
