Responsibilities
- Define long‑term product vision and roadmap for global payment compliance, addressing evolving financial regulations and user needs.
- Build and evolve core compliance capabilities such as KYB, KYC, PRRM, EDD, and ODD, leveraging AI and automation.
- Partner with compliance officers, legal, payments, operations, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into product specifications.
- Align and influence cross‑functional teams and leadership on roadmap priorities and execution.
- Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post‑launch iteration.
Eligibility
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in compliance or regulatory domains.
- Hands‑on experience with AML, KYC, ODD, EDD, and related compliance processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.
