Overview
Product Manager (AI‑First) at Unicommerce leading the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Uniware modules, driving AI‑driven product strategy and roadmap for e‑commerce operations. The role blends product management expertise with AI innovation to deliver scalable, data‑driven commerce solutions.
Experience
4-7 yrs
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned Uniware modules, translating customer pain points and business goals into prioritized plans.
- Lead product discovery and development, creating PRDs, user stories, and collaborating with engineering, design, and QA to deliver releases.
- Identify and embed AI and intelligent automation opportunities, defining success metrics and working with data teams to assess feasibility.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and operations to gather insights, prioritize features, and drive adoption and operational efficiency.
- Use SQL and product analytics to monitor performance, measure outcomes, and continuously improve the product.
Eligibility
- Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, e‑commerce, logistics‑tech or supply‑chain (4–7 years)
- Proven end‑to‑end ownership of product features/modules; hands‑on with AI tools and data‑driven decision making
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field (MBA a plus)
