HackerOne is seeking an AI Product Manager for Agentic Vulnerability Elimination based in Pune, India. The role involves leading AI agent quality, performance, and cost improvements while collaborating with security and product teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities
- Lead definition and delivery of AI agent improvements across validation, prioritization, exploitation, deduplication, and remediation
- Own evolution of the evaluation framework and agent harness, establishing scalable methodologies and feedback loops
- Partner with triage, engineering, offensive security, and product teams to align priorities and translate workflows into AI‑driven capabilities
- Define product health metrics, design experiments, and use data‑driven evidence for prioritization decisions
- Drive cross‑functional product initiatives, shaping problem statements, success metrics, and execution plans with distributed teams
Eligibility
- Product management experience in technical or AI/LLM products (5+ years)
- Hands‑on experience with LLM‑based solutions, prompting, evaluation, and quality control
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (preferred)
