Overview
Visa seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead strategy, design and delivery of next‑gen compliance technology across payments, digital assets and AI‑enabled solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap and strategy for compliance technology platforms and drive innovation across AML, sanctions, KYC and transaction monitoring
- Translate regulatory requirements into features and design scalable controls for traditional payments and digital asset ecosystems
- Lead crypto and stablecoin compliance initiatives including blockchain analytics, wallet screening and travel rule solutions
- Champion AI/ML integration, governance and automation to enhance compliance operations
- Serve as primary liaison among compliance, product, engineering, risk and commercial teams, managing backlogs, releases and stakeholder communication
Eligibility
- 8+ years product management experience in compliance technology, FinTech or financial services
- Deep expertise in AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, transaction monitoring and financial crime investigations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Compliance or related discipline
