AVP - UI/UX

Overview

The role is an AVP‑level position leading UI/UX and full‑stack engineering teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance web applications. It combines technical leadership, software architecture, and hands‑on development across frontend and backend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor UI/UX and full‑stack engineering teams
• Define and implement scalable architecture for high‑performance web applications and visualisation products
• Design and develop responsive, reusable, accessible interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Build backend services, APIs and integrate data visualisation and mapping libraries such as D3.js, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap
• Drive Agile delivery, code reviews, performance optimisation and technical standards across projects

Eligibility

• 10+ years of experience in frontend/full‑stack engineering or software architecture
• Proven technical leadership and team‑management experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
