Senior Digital Product Manager - Platform Product Management

Overview

Wells Fargo is hiring a Senior Digital Product Manager to define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise platform capabilities, collaborating with engineering, design, and architecture teams to build scalable, reusable services. The role also drives AI‑enabled features, platform standards, and adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for enterprise platform capabilities and services
• Partner with engineering, architecture, design, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, reusable platform solutions
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into product features, backlogs, and success metrics
• Establish platform standards, API design principles, developer experience best practices, and governance frameworks
• Champion AI‑enabled capabilities, monitor platform performance and adoption, and influence cross‑functional stakeholders

Eligibility

• 4+ years of Digital Product Management experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, education)
• 2+ years of platform product management experience with APIs, developer or enterprise technology products
• Strong technical background with experience delivering scalable technology solutions and integrating AI-driven capabilities
• Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle and work closely with engineering on trade‑offs and scalability
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile methodology expertise
