Overview

The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering AI-driven MVPs and comprehensive solutions that meet client expectations. It involves leading product development, managing client relationships, and overseeing a multidisciplinary AI team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI product and solution development, including model creation and UI design
• Define product strategy, architecture, and security features aligned with client requirements
• Engage with clients, advisory boards, and internal teams to gather requirements, present solutions, and handle RFPs
• Manage and grow the AI delivery team through hiring, talent development, performance and diversity initiatives
• Drive technical project execution, adopt new AI technologies, and track industry trends for continuous innovation

Eligibility

• Expertise in AI/ML and AI‑assisted orchestration for the software development lifecycle
• 5–8 years of experience in AI solution design, product development, and team leadership
• Typically a bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
