UX Designer

Overview

The Product Designer will lead the end‑to‑end design lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, creating user‑centric, accessible, and scalable interfaces for Zensar’s digital solutions. The role collaborates closely with product, engineering and QA teams and contributes to design systems and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product design lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Conduct user research, usability testing and translate findings into personas, journeys and information architecture
• Create wireframes, mock‑ups, interactive prototypes and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive user interfaces
• Analyse user feedback and product metrics to iterate, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness and usability best practices

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in product design, UX/UI, interaction design and human‑centered design
• Experience with user research, design systems, enterprise/SaaS applications and Agile/Scrum environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Fine Arts or related field
