UX/UI Designer – B2B eCommerce

Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on UX/UI Designer proficient in Figma to create and enhance B2B eCommerce web applications. The role involves designing responsive, accessible user experiences and collaborating with cross‑functional Agile teams from requirement to developer handoff.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, responsive B2B eCommerce experiences using Figma, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI.
• Develop and maintain reusable Figma components, design systems, and style guides aligned with branding and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Design and improve key eCommerce journeys such as Product Discovery, Cart, Checkout, Order Management, Customer Accounts, and Self‑Service.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA to translate requirements into actionable UX designs and support handoffs.
• Participate in design reviews, usability improvements, and ensure designs meet responsive and UX best‑practice guidelines.

Eligibility

• Proven expertise in UX/UI design for B2B eCommerce.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping) and familiarity with platforms like Salesforce B2B Commerce, Adobe Commerce or SAP Commerce.
• Understanding of complex B2B workflows (Quotes/CPQ, Subscriptions, Account Management) and accessibility standards (WCAG).
