Job Description
Overview
The client is seeking a UX Designer with strong Figma expertise to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating scalable design systems. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences for web and/or mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions
- Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and design best practices
Eligibility
- Prior experience in the healthcare domain is highly preferred
- Experience working on clinical applications, patient-facing solutions, EHR platforms, or other healthcare technology products
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards, usability best practices, and complex workflow design
