Scenario 1: Suppose I open my phone which is connected to my gmail account, and create a contact, add name, phone number and save.

In sometime, the contact gets synced to Google Contacts. Now when I search for this same person on google search, google presents me with his contact in results.

Scenario 2: I go to Google Sheets and create a document, give it a name and add some content. Now, when I go to google search and search for this same document, google doesn't surprise me by showing my created document in the search results, as part of suggestions.

Shouldn't search results be similar across products?
