Yatra has a 'recent search' feature which gets populated when you start searching for options.

This feature is a good utility, as typically most users do not complete their transaction in just a single search. However, I feel the placement and the visual could be done in a better way. As of now, this looks like yet another navigation option on the site and thus a user might miss this completely.

I would have shown a counter that highlights number of searches and thus giving this feature a distinct identity and a good nudge for a  user to use this shortcut instead of typing it all over again.
