Sr. Content Designer

Overview

The Sr. Content Designer will shape product experiences through precise UI and conversational copy, collaborating with product, design, research, and AI/ML teams. The role focuses on end‑to‑end content design, prompt engineering, and building scalable, inclusive content systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end content design for a product area from early sketches to shipped experiences
• Design conversational and voice flows, including multi‑turn dialogue, error recovery and graceful fallback
• Write, test and iterate prompts and system instructions for LLM‑generated content, balancing tone, accuracy and safety
• Partner with PMs, designers, researchers and AI/ML engineers, using qualitative and quantitative metrics to guide decisions
• Maintain content patterns, voice‑and‑tone guidelines, a scalable design system, and mentor junior content designers

Eligibility

• 5+ years experience in content design, UX writing or a closely related field
• 1–2 years designing conversational or AI‑driven interfaces
• Hands‑on prompt engineering experience with LLMs
• Portfolio demonstrating traditional UX writing and AI‑focused projects
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive writing practices
