The Senior UX Design Specialist will lead end‑to‑end UI design initiatives, delivering pixel‑perfect, user‑centric digital experiences while collaborating with product, engineering, and global stakeholders. This role shapes design strategy, contributes to the design system, and drives continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Lead UI design vision and ensure visual consistency across complex workflows
- Create high‑fidelity designs, interaction flows, responsive layouts, and detailed design specifications
- Partner with product, engineering and customers to translate requirements into intuitive experiences
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints and conduct usability testing to iterate on designs
- Contribute to design guidelines, reusable patterns and champion accessibility and design excellence
Eligibility
- Extensive UI design experience for complex enterprise products, preferably in travel or aviation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership and visual design expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, HCI or related field or equivalent industry experience
