Product Manager - Time & Attendance and Scheduling

Overview

Product Manager driving the strategy, roadmap and delivery of Workday Time & Attendance and Scheduling solutions for Maersk's platform team, partnering with global stakeholders to enhance workforce management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for time and attendance and scheduling solutions
• Conduct market research and engage with customers to gather feedback and define product requirements
• Prioritize features and collaborate with engineering, process design and other product teams to deliver enhancements
• Lead the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, including QA, testing and launch activities
• Act as product evangelist and create training materials and documentation to drive adoption

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in Workday Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules
• 5‑6 years experience as a Product Manager in workforce management or HR tech, including two Workday implementations and a global absence implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
