Overview
Mojro is seeking a Product Manager (PM‑I) in Bangalore to own end‑to‑end product areas in logistics automation, collaborating with engineering, data science, design and customers to ship, scale and measure solutions. The role focuses on translating supply‑chain pain points into product features and driving adoption across enterprise customers.
Experience
3-5 yrs
Responsibilities
- Understand logistics planners' and supply‑chain leaders' problems through direct engagement
- Define clear product requirements, user stories and success metrics based on customer needs
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer requests, product bets and technical work
- Collaborate closely with engineering, optimization and data‑science teams to translate business problems into implementable solutions
- Ship features, drive adoption, and measure outcomes such as cost per delivery, vehicle utilisation and on‑time performance
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in supply‑chain, logistics or transportation
- 3‑5 years product management experience with a track record of taking a product/feature from early adoption to scale (1‑to‑100)
- Engineering degree (CSE, ECE, Electronics, Mechanical or related) from a premier institute such as IIT/NIT (MBA optional)
