Overview
Product Manager responsible for re‑architecting legacy subsystems into modern, API‑first components, defining roadmaps, specifications, and ensuring performance and extensibility at Appian’s Chennai office.
Experience
3-5 yrs
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering to deconstruct subsystems and define scalable APIs.
- Conduct comparative architectural analysis and trade‑off evaluations.
- Align designs with the Impact‑Metrics‑Plans framework and product strategy.
- Manage backlog, write detailed specifications, and coordinate with stakeholders in Chennai and the US.
- Own feature lifecycle from documentation to go‑to‑market, adoption tracking and impact analysis.
Eligibility
- Product management experience (3–5 years) in a technical/platform domain.
- Strong technical background with ability to discuss backend architecture and define APIs.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
