Overview
Arcadia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Plug presentment roadmap within its Utility Data Platform, defining API contracts, cloud architecture, and customer‑facing tools. The role collaborates with globally distributed engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver scalable data delivery solutions.

Responsibilities
- Drive execution of the Plug presentment roadmap and ship features that scale across customers
- Define, prioritize, and maintain clear API contracts and specifications for downstream teams and external partners
- Partner with engineering to evolve cloud infrastructure (AWS) and data delivery architecture for reliability and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with front‑end engineering, design, and upstream Extraction, Auditing & Storage teams to build customer‑facing tools and ensure alignment with the unified data model
- Manage day‑to‑day KTLO, balance tech‑debt reduction with new capability delivery, and communicate progress to stakeholders while leveraging AI tools
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in data platforms and SaaS product management
- Minimum 6+ years product management experience with cloud‑based SaaS, API design, and distributed engineering teams
