Arcadia seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Plug presentment roadmap within its Utility Data Platform, driving API and customer‑facing tool development. The role collaborates with globally distributed engineering teams to deliver scalable data delivery solutions.

Responsibilities
- Drive execution of the Plug presentment roadmap, delivering customer‑facing APIs and interfaces.
- Define, prioritize, and ship features that scale Plug for new and existing customer use cases.
- Partner with engineering to evolve cloud (AWS) architecture for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Define and maintain clear API contracts, specifications, and developer documentation for downstream teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with front‑end engineering, design, and upstream Extraction, Auditing & Storage (EAS) teams to align with the unified data model.
- Manage day‑to‑day KTLO, balance tech‑debt reduction with new capability delivery, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity.
Eligibility
- Strong background in cloud‑based SaaS or data platform product management.
- 6+ years of product management experience with API design, data management, and AWS/cloud infrastructure.
