Senior Product Manager - Platform

Overview

Arctic Wolf is hiring a Product Manager – Platform to lead the development of AI‑driven access and permissioning capabilities on its security platform. The role defines product requirements, partners with engineering on design, and builds prototypes to validate direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product requirements for AI‑driven access capabilities or access‑governance systems
• Partner with engineering on technical design, reviewing high‑level design documents and providing product input
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate product direction before full engineering investment
• Work cross‑functionally with engineering and business stakeholders to scope, test, and govern new capabilities
• Track adoption, usage, and health metrics to guide roadmap decisions

Eligibility

• 10+ years product management experience, preferably with technical/platform or developer‑facing products
• Experience with role‑based access control, identity/permissioning systems, or API/developer platform design
• Ability to collaborate with engineering on technical specifications and review high‑level design documents
• Strong communication skills bridging technical and business stakeholders
