Overview
Product Manager at AssessPrep will own product strategy, execution and cross‑functional delivery while also handling customer support when needed, ensuring high‑impact assessment solutions for K‑12 schools.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive product roadmap, managing lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and customer teams to deliver releases and resolve bottlenecks
- Handle customer support queries, escalations and troubleshoot platform issues
- Analyze feedback, usage data and support trends to inform product improvements
- Communicate progress, priorities and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
Eligibility
- Product management experience in SaaS, B2B or EdTech
- 5+ years managing products end‑to‑end
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
