Senior Product Manager - Clinical Data

Overview

Athenahealth is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Patient Record & Insights Zone (PRIZ) and Chart Data & ChartSync team in Bangalore to lead the development of seamless, intelligent, and automated patient‑record experiences. The role focuses on owning problem spaces within the ChartSync roadmap, collaborating across engineering, design, analytics, and other functions, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate product management and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own defined problem spaces and initiatives within the Chart Data & ChartSync roadmap from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Partner with Product Management leadership to shape strategy, priorities, and multi‑release roadmaps
• Serve as Product Owner for Agile/Scrum teams, defining priorities, refining epics/user stories, and making trade‑offs
• Establish product metrics, measure success, and use quantitative/qualitative evidence to guide decisions
• Identify cross‑product dependencies and collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and go‑to‑market teams to create a coherent athenaOne experience

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in healthcare, health‑IT, clinical data interoperability
• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience including 6+ years in Product Management, with experience handling complex data and AI tools
• No specific educational degree required; demonstrated ability to quickly develop domain expertise
