Principal Product Manager leading Atlassian's DX System Insights portfolio, responsible for shaping reporting, analytics and AI‑driven insights for engineering leaders. The role is remote‑friendly within the US, with a preference for candidates in Utah.
Salary
Zone A: $197,100 - $257,325; Zone B: $177,390 - $231,593; Zone C: $163,593 - $213,580

Responsibilities
- Set vision, strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes for the System Insights portfolio
- Establish a coherent reporting and analytics experience across out‑of‑the‑box reports, Dashboards, Data Studio and Pulse
- Drive the integration and roadmap of DX AI, the conversational copilot that surfaces insights and automates actions
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Cloud, customer‑facing and go‑to‑market teams to launch, document and measure product releases
- Own portfolio performance metrics (usage, adoption, retention, satisfaction) and lead regular growth reviews
Eligibility
- 7+ years product management experience in analytics, reporting, BI or data products
- Deep understanding of quantitative data, data modeling and visualization
- Strong technical fluency to work with senior engineers and data specialists
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
