- Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company strategy and customer needs
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers/Product Owners
- Translate market trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies into actionable product strategies and roadmaps
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver exceptional user experiences and business outcomes
- Use data‑driven insights to champion product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
Eligibility
- 8+ years of product management experience with leadership of product managers
- Proven success delivering SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, payments or retail technology products
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
