Overview

Atomicwork is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the vision for its modern service management platform, collaborating across engineering, design, and product teams. The role focuses on research-driven problem solving, shaping scalable and secure platform capabilities, and influencing technical direction without coding.

Responsibilities

• Work across engineering, design, and product teams to shape a scalable, secure, and flexible platform.
• Define the long‑term vision for the core platform to meet internal and customer needs.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and engage customers to deeply understand problems and define solutions.
• Influence technical direction and translate business goals into strong platform capabilities without writing code.
• Ensure reliability and extensibility of the platform while communicating design ideas effectively.

Eligibility

• Product management experience on platform, API, or developer‑focused SaaS products.
• 8+ years of product management experience with understanding of modern architecture patterns (microservices, event‑driven).
