Overview
As a Senior Product Manager for Identity & Access management, you'll lead the authentication services that power every Autodesk product. You'll enable product teams to deliver trusted experiences with adaptive authentication, policy-based access, non-person identities, and agentic workflows. Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, translating it into prioritized OKRs and a roadmap
- Present and promote your product strategy across the company to many audiences, from technical to executive-level leadership
- Collaborate across product teams, partner orgs, and key stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver effective solutions
- Track and optimize solutions post-launch to ensure they deliver the expected impact
- Build empathy with product teams onboarding to Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform services
- Contribute to the product team a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products
- Track industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Influence product teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders through storytelling, incorporating qualitative and quantitative data
Eligibility
- 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on platform and, ideally, Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
