UI/UX Designer — Mobile & Web Applications

Overview

Avanade India's Experience Design team is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create mobile and web enterprise application interfaces, working from concept through high‑fidelity screens in Figma. The role collaborates closely with engineering and product teams, leveraging AI‑assisted design tools to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user interfaces for iOS, Android and web applications, producing build‑ready high‑fidelity screens in Figma.
• Translate business requirements and user research into user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and design systems.
• Utilize AI‑assisted design tools to generate concepts, layouts and assets while maintaining quality and coherence.
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG AA) and responsive/adaptive layouts across devices and platforms.
• Hand off designs to engineering with specifications, tokens and assets and oversee implementation through agile delivery.

Eligibility

• UI/UX or product design expertise with 6–8 years of experience delivering mobile and web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and hands‑on use of AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly).
• Formal design qualification (e.g., NID, MIT ID) or equivalent strong self‑taught portfolio; experience in consulting/enterprise environment is a plus.
