Lead product strategy and execution for the Durable Processes pillar of a new execution engine platform, shaping roadmap, shipping features, and driving adoption across business analysts, developers, and operators.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for workflows and orchestration, making trade‑off decisions on MVP scope and post‑launch features
- Lead cross‑functional alignment with engineering, design, marketing and sales, and conduct customer discovery to inform product direction
- Own competitive positioning and ensure seamless integration with Data Connectors and AI Agents pillars
- Drive data‑driven decision making using usage metrics, customer feedback and performance data
- Communicate across technical and non‑technical audiences, synthesizing requirements and resolving ambiguities
Eligibility
- Proven experience shipping complex infrastructure or platform products (e.g., workflow, automation, BPM systems)
- 5+ years as a Product Manager focused on enterprise platforms, with zero‑to‑one launch experience
