Overview
Microsoft 365 Core seeks a Senior Product Manager – Copilot Connectors to drive the vision and multi‑release strategy for Copilot’s extensibility platform, including connectors, skills, agents and evaluation systems. The role will define developer experiences, ensure quality at scale, and lead cross‑functional delivery of features.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision and multi‑release strategy for Copilot extensibility, including connectors, skills, agents, and evaluation systems.
- Design the platform and developer experience for partners and ISVs to onboard, register, and ship extensions with governance safeguards.
- Lead the EVAL strategy to close gaps between benchmark and real‑world performance and translate signals into roadmap priorities.
- Translate customer, enterprise, and business needs into developer‑friendly experiences and end‑user value.
- Own feature specifications, delivery, business analysis, and adoption plans across design and engineering teams.
Eligibility
- Deep expertise in AI technologies such as large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, and NLP.
- 6+ years of product, service, program management or software development experience; 10+ years preferred in enterprise product or cloud services.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/MS in Computer Science or related field) required; MBA highly desired.
