Overview

The role is a Product Manager for Billing & Operations at Salesforce, responsible for designing and executing the strategic roadmap of billing, invoicing, and automated provisioning systems, while bridging product and go‑to‑market teams. It emphasizes an AI‑first approach to improve operational efficiency and support complex commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to define and execute the roadmap for billing, invoicing, and automated provisioning systems.
• Provide technical deal support and lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring frictionless SKU enablement.
• Own high‑sensitivity billing operations, including exceptions, adjustments, credit, and refund approvals.
• Build AI‑driven visibility tools for forecasting, anomaly detection, and ensure real‑time usage metrics flow to financial reporting.
• Drive AI‑first product management practices, creating AI‑powered workflows and evaluating AI‑generated outputs for quality and alignment.

Eligibility

• Product management, technical product operations, or systems architecture experience, preferably in billing infrastructure or SaaS platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with billing, entitlement, subscription or usage‑based systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ) and AI/automation tools.
