Sr UI Lead Designer

Overview

The role involves hands‑on design, development, and maintenance of enterprise web portal solutions, ensuring usability, performance, and security. The incumbent will also lead testing, documentation, and support activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise portal projects with a focus on usability, functionality, accessibility, and performance.
• Develop and execute unit and integration testing to validate solution quality and reliability.
• Provide technical input for effort estimates, solution design, and project planning discussions.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues across the application stack and support portal deployments and upgrades.
• Participate in peer code reviews, create technical documentation, and guide team members.
