Overview
The UX Design Intern at Sparklin will work on‑site in Noida to create and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and overall product experiences across web and app platforms. The role focuses on collaborative design, usability testing, and translating feedback into intuitive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on user flows, wireframes, and journey mapping
- Turn briefs into intuitive, usable, and delightful product experiences
- Work closely with strategists, developers, and visual designers
- Contribute to usability testing and translate learnings into improvements
- Document user personas, edge cases, and experience gaps
Eligibility
- Interest in UX/UI design and product thinking
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or FigJam
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a design‑related program (or self‑taught)
