Overview

Senior UX/UI Designer leading end‑to‑end design for complex enterprise applications, driving user research, design systems, and collaboration in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI design for complex enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather requirements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity designs, and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery teams during sprint planning, development, testing, and release cycles, validating designs through testing and analytics.

Eligibility

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, software program management, or digital product design.
• Proven experience designing enterprise applications (ERP, Engineering Solutions, DMS) and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, IT, Psychology or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
