Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of platform capabilities that enable trustworthy usage and outcomes data across Blackbaud’s solutions, partnering with engineering, analytics, and customer success teams. This role focuses on building standards, tools, and guidance to drive adoption and improve customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog and product lifecycle for platform capabilities serving engineering and analytics teams.
• Partner with engineering to create standards, tools, and guidance for instrumentation and data publishing.
• Drive adoption of shared capabilities across product portfolios and support onboarding of teams.
• Translate strategy and stakeholder input into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Define hypotheses, success measures and use data, feedback, and AI tools to continuously improve the platform.

Eligibility

• Product management expertise, especially for internal platforms, developer tools, or data products.
• 5+ years of experience delivering platform capabilities to engineering or analytics consumers.
