Overview

Blackbaud seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the platform capabilities that enable trustworthy usage and outcomes data for engineering and analytics teams. The role partners with engineering, product, and customer success to drive adoption, improve data quality, and support the company's purpose‑driven technology mission.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog and product lifecycle for platform capabilities, from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Partner with engineering to define standards, tools, and guidance for instrumenting solutions and publishing usage data.
• Drive adoption of shared capabilities across product teams, supporting onboarding and retiring one‑off approaches.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and internal stakeholders to link usage data to meaningful business outcomes.
• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and use data‑driven feedback to continuously improve the platform.

Eligibility

• Product management expertise, especially technical product management for internal platforms or data products.
• 5+ years of experience delivering platform capabilities for engineering or analytics teams.
