The Director, Product Design will lead design vision, strategy and execution for BNY's Digital Channels team in Pune, shaping user experiences and design solutions for complex financial products. This senior role drives user‑centered design, cross‑functional collaboration, and design system excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and mentor design teams, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Guide comprehensive user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions
- Create interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes and visual UI designs that deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines and visual standards for scalability
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to champion user‑centered design and influence senior leadership
Eligibility
- 12+ years of experience in UX/product design
- Experience in regulated or complex domains such as finance, health, or insurance
- Portfolio demonstrating design leadership and end‑to‑end product outcomes (e.g., Figma link)
