Senior Vice President, Product Design leads platform design strategy for the AI Hub at BNY, driving user‑centric, AI‑enhanced experiences across complex enterprise systems. The role partners with product and engineering to shape design systems and influence product decisions at the executive level.

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain design vision and strategy for a complex AI‑enabled platform
- Produce prototypes and rapid concepts to make design strategy tangible
- Integrate systems thinking to connect workflows, data, and interaction patterns across the platform
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with product and engineering, influencing decisions with user evidence
- Shape and evolve a machine‑readable design system while mentoring the design team
Eligibility
- Experience designing digital products for complex, enterprise or regulated systems
- 10+ years leading design for large‑scale platforms; proven use of AI‑assisted design tools
- Relevant degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
