Overview
The Vice President, Product Designer will lead the AI Hub within the Digital Channels team in Pune, shaping complex, enterprise-scale product experiences using AI‑assisted design tools. The role combines strategic system design, design‑system development, and cross‑functional mentorship.
Experience
10-14 yrs
Responsibilities
- Clarify and simplify complex multi‑step workflows, cross‑platform journeys, and data‑heavy interfaces.
- Drive concept development by rapidly prototyping ideas using AI‑assisted tools.
- Own end‑to‑end experience design, mapping user, team, and system journeys to identify and resolve friction.
- Contribute to a machine‑readable design system, adding patterns and tokens that integrate with AI agents.
- Communicate design rationale across product, engineering, and business audiences and mentor teammates through critique and collaboration.
Eligibility
- 10‑14 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Experience designing complex enterprise software, data‑heavy interfaces, and design systems.
- Proven ability to communicate design decisions to mixed audiences and thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
