Technical Product Manager

Overview

The Technical Product Manager will lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of digital products, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative IoT and AI‑enabled solutions for smart building and energy management.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and long‑term roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement, including requirements, user stories and release planning.
• Engage with customers, partners and stakeholders to gather feedback and translate it into product enhancements.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, UX, data science, sales, support) through workshops, sprint reviews and alignment activities.
• Track product KPIs, analyze usage data and drive Go‑to‑Market activities with marketing and sales.

Eligibility

• Expertise in building automation, energy management, smart buildings, IoT, HVAC or industrial digital platforms.
• 10‑12 years of experience in digital product management, SaaS/cloud solutions, and agile product lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field (MBA preferred).
