Product Manager

Overview

The Product Manager – AI & Digital Solutions defines, builds, launches, and continuously improves strategic AI‑enabled solutions within CDW’s portfolio, collaborating with customers, engineering, AI teams, and partners. The role drives the end‑to‑end solution lifecycle from discovery through delivery to ensure scalable, repeatable offerings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery to define problem statements, personas, use cases, and solution requirements
• Develop solution strategy, value proposition, business case and maintain a prioritized roadmap and backlog
• Lead cross‑functional development and delivery, creating playbooks, reference architectures, and ensuring readiness
• Incorporate AI, automation and reusable assets to improve outcomes and measure adoption metrics
• Manage priorities, dependencies, risks and stakeholder alignment throughout the solution lifecycle

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in AI, cloud, data & analytics, cybersecurity, digital workplace, or infrastructure modernization
• 8+ years experience in product/solutions management, presales, or building enterprise solutions that combine technology and services; proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
