Product Manager - Applied AI and Engineering

Overview

The Product Manager will define and lead AI‑driven user interaction strategies for Google Operations, shaping product roadmaps, specifications, and go‑to‑market plans while collaborating across engineering, design, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of UX/UI and Business Analysts, setting performance expectations, KPIs, and career development plans.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Google Operations user quality ranking systems.
• Establish product requirements, author specifications, and partner with engineering to deliver high‑quality features.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market and activation‑funnel improvements using data and user research.
• Define and track key metrics for ranking quality, relevance, and AI model performance, running experiments to drive data‑driven decisions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of overall experience in technical product or project management, including 2+ years in product management and AI product delivery.
• Experience with AI/LLM technologies, consumer growth, and leading cross‑functional teams.
